Step 1 : Nutrition: Benefits Of Cutting Out Refined Sugar For Weight Loss And Overall Health
Cut out all granulated sugars and added sugars from your life.
You’re most likely thinking WOAH! What is this? That is impossible to do….
But wait and hear me out! I promise you it’s not hard. Cutting out these sugars will reduce your cravings for fake stuff in the future.
It will take about 2 weeks for your taste buds to adjust to this new change. In the beginning, you might experience headaches and mood swings but this will pass. This is your body’s way of detoxing itself from artificial sugars.
Granulated and added sugars are awful! You will be so surprised to see that sugar is hidden in almost EVERYTHING! It should be banned and pulled from shelves. It is an addictive toxin and should not be eaten by humans.
Eating a diet high in added sugars has been proven to increase the risk of a variety of chronic diseases including obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) as well as cognitive decline and even some cancers.

Chlorophyll is the green pigment found in most dark vegetables and should be an important addition to your diet!
It’s a no-brainer that eating more vegetables promotes improved health for everyone, so why not add a few extra drops of Chlorophyll to boost your intake?

There are so many chemicals and additives used in not only our food but in everyday products. It truly is disgusting.
Ingredients used widely in the production of “ultra-processed foods such as saturated fats, added sugar, and sodium have become markers of poor diet quality due to their effect on heart disease, obesity, and high blood pressure”.
Food is a staple and we need to eat multiple times a day. Making more food from whole ingredients not only saves a lot of money with your budget, but it also saves your health.
This is the same with general household and personal care products. There are so many chemicals stuffed into them.
Have you ever taken the time to check your face wash or body lotion ingredients? You would be shocked if you cross referenced your products or all the ingredients with the EWG cosmetics database. The EWG tests ingredients for hazards and toxicity. Then they not only give the ingredients a score from 1-10 for harmfulness but they also rate each product as well. It’s an AMAZING tool that everyone should be using in my opinion!

Step 4: Best Exercise To Kickstart Healing Your Stomach Muscles – Diastasis Recti
Have you ever heard of diastasis recti? I know I sure didn’t until after my second child was born. Then I understood why my workouts were not working for me.
Diastasis recti happens when there is a separation between the abdominal muscles at the midline caused by weakness in the front abdominal wall.
This is also known as the gut, muffin top, big belly, beer belly (for men), or the famous mommy pooch. Believe it or not, both women AND men can suffer from diastasis recti.
Your abdominal muscles get stretched and separate from each other as shown in the photo below.
If you have had children or have recently lost weight, you may be battling with your stomach. STOP doing sit-ups! Believe me, no amount of sit-ups will help this. It can make your diastasis recti worse!
Your abdominals need to be healed and this needs to be done from the inside out. Lucky for everyone, the workouts needed to heal them are simple!
It takes time though and consistency. Don’t give up!
